Triton GOTO User Agreement

General Provisions
Welcome to use Triton GOTO products and services!
To use Triton GOTO products and services, you should read and comply with the "Triton GOTO User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the terms, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, as well as separate agreements for opening or using a certain service.
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to use the services provided by Triton GOTO. Your use of Triton GOTO services is deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Account Registration and Use
1.1 Registration Qualifications
You confirm that before you begin the registration process to use Triton GOTO services, you should have the civil capacity appropriate to your actions as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity appropriate to your actions, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law.
1.2 Account Security
You must take full responsibility for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registration information on Triton GOTO. You may not impersonate others; may not publish any information in the name of others; may not maliciously use registered accounts to mislead other users; otherwise, Triton GOTO has the right to immediately stop providing services and take back your account.
You should carefully and reasonably keep and use your account and password, and you are legally responsible for all actions and events in your account.
1.3 Account Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your Triton GOTO account. After account cancellation, we will stop providing you with products and services, and delete or anonymize your personal information at your request, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
2. Protection and Use of User Information
2.1 Personal Information Protection
Protecting user personal information is a basic principle of Triton GOTO. Triton GOTO will collect, use, store and share your personal information in accordance with this Agreement and the "Privacy Policy".
2.2 Information Use
You agree that Triton GOTO may use your personal information in the following ways:
- Provide services to you;
- Improve our products and services;
- For identity verification, customer service, security, fraud detection, etc.;
- Send you product updates, technical support and other information.
3. Service Content
3.1 Service Description
The services provided by Triton GOTO include but are not limited to:
- ONSTEP controller and upgrade kit related services
- ONSTEP hand controller related services
- ONSTEP control application related services
- Other related technical support and services
3.2 Service Changes
Triton GOTO reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notifying users. Triton GOTO is not responsible to users or third parties for exercising the right to modify or discontinue services.
4. Usage Rules
4.1 User Behavior Standards
When using Triton GOTO services, you must follow the following principles:
- Comply with relevant laws and regulations of China;
- Do not use the service for any illegal purpose;
- Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to the service;
- Do not use Triton GOTO services to engage in any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
- Do not use Triton GOTO services to transmit any harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, vulgar or obscene or any other illegal information materials.
4.2 Prohibited Behaviors
When using Triton GOTO services, you may not:
- Upload, publish, transmit or otherwise disseminate information containing any illegal, criminal or obscene content;
- Interfere with or disrupt Triton GOTO services or servers and networks related thereto;
- Enter Triton GOTO and its systems or networks without permission;
- Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of this software.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Product Intellectual Property
Triton GOTO owns the intellectual property rights to the software, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, layout design, electronic documents, etc. that it develops and uses.
5.2 User Content
For content uploaded, published or transmitted by users through Triton GOTO services, users retain the intellectual property rights they own. However, users need to grant Triton GOTO a global, free license to allow Triton GOTO to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such content.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Service Quality
Users expressly agree that the risks of using Triton GOTO services will be entirely borne by themselves. Triton GOTO does not guarantee that the service will definitely meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the service will not be interrupted.
6.2 Force Majeure
If force majeure or other unexpected events make the performance of this Agreement impossible, unnecessary or meaningless, the party suffering from force majeure or unexpected events shall not be liable.
6.3 Third-Party Services
Triton GOTO may provide users with links to third-party websites or third-party content. Users assume the risk when choosing to use third-party websites or content.
7. Amendment and Termination of Agreement
7.1 Amendment of Agreement
Triton GOTO has the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time. Once the content of this Agreement changes, Triton GOTO will prompt the modified content in the product.
If you do not agree with Triton GOTO's modification of the relevant terms of this Agreement, you have the right to stop using Triton GOTO services. If you continue to use Triton GOTO services, you are deemed to accept Triton GOTO's modification of the relevant terms of this Agreement.
7.2 Service Termination
You have the right to terminate this Agreement in any of the following ways:
- When you meet the conditions for Triton GOTO account cancellation, you cancel your account through the website self-service;
- You stop using Triton GOTO services before the changes take effect and expressly do not wish to accept the changes.
8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Applicable Law
The conclusion, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the effective laws applicable in mainland China (excluding its conflict of laws rules).
8.2 Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation as much as possible; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court where Triton GOTO is located.
9. Others
9.1 Completeness
This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties on the matters agreed in this Agreement and other related matters. Except as provided in this Agreement, it does not grant the parties to this Agreement other rights.
9.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
